As a rough guide: burgers and sausages are quick (30–40 min); chicken thighs and ribs need 45–60 min; whole crab or thick salmon can take 30+ min just for the seafood portion. In a 2-hour charter, we can usually only manage hotdogs. If you’re bringing a full spread, 3 hours gives you time to cruise, set up, cook properly, and eat without feeling rushed.
