How quickly do you respond to inquiries?
SeaSky Cruises typically responds within a few hours during operating hours (9 AM – 11 PM daily). For same-day or next-day bookings, calling 778-859-9423 is the fastest option.
Do I need to pay anything to send an inquiry?
No. Sending an inquiry is free and does not commit you to a booking. Once we discuss your plans and you’re ready to proceed, we’ll send a booking link with payment details. No payment is taken until you confirm.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms vary by vessel and event type, and your final quote will confirm the policy for your charter. We also monitor marine weather and boat condition closely and will contact you if conditions are not suitable or safe for cruising.
Where do your boats depart from?
Private charters depart from Plaza of Nations or Granville Island, depending on the vessel. Exact dock and boarding details are confirmed with the booking.
